"MARCIA OTACIL SEVERA AVG" (retro incuse)

Diademed and draped bust right, on crescent, all incuse and retro

Note:  This coin is an ancient counterfeit and in addition was formed when the previous coin stuck in the upper die and caused this coin's reverse to have the mirror of the obverse.

Aequitas (Equity, Fair dealing) standing left, holding scales and cornucopiae.

Note:  This coin is a modern fake.  The reverse die has been used on a number of Gordian III pieces documented in FORVM.  The obverse die is also a documented fake in Forum but with a different reverse.  Thanks again to Thibaut for bringing it to my attention.

Reverse: "AEQVITAS AVGG"
Aequitas (Equity, Fair dealing) standing left, holding scales and cornucopiae.

Note:  This coin is probably an ancient counterfeit.  The obverse die is the same as the "IVNO REGINA" coin and both reverses are common for Herennia Etruscilla As this obverse die has been used for reverses issued under Trajan Decius, it was probably struck during or after his reign.

Note: This coin is an interesting oddity.  It appears to be an overstrike of another, earlier, coin.  See on the reverse where the new strike did not completely obliterate the old legend.
