Note: The PM under the bust are believed to stand for "Persicus Maximus" (greatest of Persian conquerors).  Virtus exercitas is described in RIC as being a celebration of the peace with Persia and that the valor of the army has led to the establishment of a lasting peace and to the hope of world-wide happiness.
