Roman Glass Bracelet, ca AD 300
  diameter (inside):   6.6 cm  (2 5/8")
  diameter (outside): 7.5 cm
  width:  0.9 cm

A very nice example of glass bracelet from the Roman Empire.  This bracelet was found in Syria a number of years ago.  It still has considerable iridescence and would be quite wearable.  This would go well with the glass rings on the rings pages!!

  diameter (inside):   6.2 x 5.4 cm  (2 3/8" x 2 1/8")
  diameter (outside): 6.9 x 6.3 cm

A nice sturdy example of bronze bracelet from the Roman Empire.  This bracelet is shaped a bit like an egg but a jeweler might be able to reshape it a bit for the new owner.

Roman Bronze Bracelet with Snake-head end, circa 1st - 3rd Century AD
  diameter (inside):   5.4 x 5.3 cm  (2 1/8" round)
  diameter (outside): 5.8 cm
  width:  0.5 cm

A distinct snake head at one end of this bronze bracelet from the Roman Empire.  This bracelet is circular in shape and goes from rounded metal at the ends to flat thinner metal at the center.  Please see the images if my description is confusing.  Nice wearable piece for someone with a petite hand and wrist.

Roman Bronze Bracelet, circa 1st - 3rd Century AD
  diameter (inside):   5.9 x 5.0 cm  (2 1/4" x 1 15/16")
  diameter (outside): 6.2 x 5.5 cm
  width:  0.8 cm

Interesting metal work on the outer surface of this piece.  Piece is intact but there is a spot where it has been bent which should be smoothed by a jeweler before being worn.

Roman Silver Bracelet, circa 100 BC - 100 AD
  diameter (inside):   4.8 x 4.2 cm  (1 7/8" x 1 5/8")
  diameter (outside): 5.8 x 5.0 cm
  width:  0.5 cm

Beautiful silver bracelet from about the time of Christ.  Silver was twisted, then flattened some on one side.  If you look carefully at the large image you can see where the two pieces are touching but not joined.  Excellent wearable piece but, alas, much too small for my big mitt.

Roman Bronze Bracelet, circa 1st - 3rd Century AD
  diameter (inside):   5.6 x 4.7 cm  (2 3/16" x 1 13/16")
  diameter (outside): 6.4 x 5.4 cm
  width:  0.4 cm

If you liked the above piece with one snake head, you should adore this piece with two snake heads.  Actually, they look more like dragon heads to me but I will let you be the judge.  The body of this piece is a solid bronze core with fine wire wrapped tightly around creating a very pleasing effect.  Wearable again by someone of petite structure.

Roman Bronze Bracelet, circa 1st - 3rd Century AD
  diameter (inside):   7.5 x 6.2 cm  (2 7/8" x 2 7/16")
  diameter (outside): 8.0 x 7.4 cm
  width:  0.4 cm

A larger bracelet with a solid core of bronze and a loosely wrapped wire wrap forms a pleasing effect.  This one is a bit corroded but still solid and wearable.

Roman Bronze Bracelet, circa 1st - 3rd Century AD
  diameter (inside):   5.7 x 4.9 cm  (2 1/4" x 1 15/16")
  diameter (outside): 6.2 x 5.6 cm
  width:  0.4 cm

Solid bronze bracelet with interesting "clasp" of wire and that looks to be a silver cover.  Needs to be cleaned up a bit as there is still significant encrustation present.  Fully intact and wearable.
